RV6 Adjustable Chromoly Rear Sway Bar with Billet Endlinks – 2023+ Integra & Civic Type R FL5

Improve rear chassis balance and reduce body roll with the RV6 Performance adjustable chromoly rear sway bar with billet endlinks.

Originally developed for Honda engineers for SCCA road racing, this setup uses a high-strength chromoly sway bar with 15 mm-thick arms and a 6-way adjustable design with 3 primary stiffness positions. RV6 states that the system was designed for high-speed cornering and to reduce lateral deflection compared with less rigid sway bar designs.

6-Way Adjustable Rear Sway Bar

The bar offers three main stiffness positions:

• Inside: 1350 lbf/in
• Middle: 950 lbf/in
• Outside: 700 lbf/in

This allows the rear roll stiffness to be adjusted to suit vehicle setup, tires, suspension, and driver preference.

High-Strength Chromoly Construction

RV6 manufactures the sway bar from high-strength chromoly steel and uses 15 mm-thick arms to help resist lateral deflection.

The goal is to provide a more rigid and predictable rear suspension response during aggressive cornering.

The endlink bodies are made from high-tensile-strength 7075 aluminum and were designed for demanding road-race applications.

Developed for Competition Use

This RV6 sway bar design was originally developed for Honda engineers for SCCA road racing and that the same design was used as standard equipment on HPD’s FK8 turnkey road-race car.
