Product Description

Upgrade shift feel and adjustability with the Hybrid Racing Short Shifter for compatible 2022–2026 Honda Civic and 2023–2026 Acura Integra manual-transmission applications.

Hybrid Racing designed this shifter to provide a tighter, more direct feel while allowing the driver to adjust shift throw, gate spacing, and shift-knob position. The latest design also uses a larger internal spring, larger wishbone bearings, stainless-steel cable attachment pins, and a rigid carbon-steel baseplate.

Intended for LHD vehicles and does not fit RHD cars without modification and/or removal of the console.

Adjustable Shift Throw

The shifter allows the front-to-back throw distance to be shortened by up to 50%.

This lets the driver tailor the shift movement from a more OEM-like feel to a significantly shorter, quicker throw.

Adjustable Gate Spacing

Left-to-right gate spacing can be shortened by up to 30%, allowing for a tighter shift pattern and more compact movement between gears.

Adjustable Shift Knob Position

The shift knob can be:

Raised or lowered
Rotated through 360 degrees
Positioned to suit driver preference

This gives the driver more control over shifter ergonomics and reach.

Larger 2-Inch Internal Spring

Hybrid Racing uses a 2-inch-diameter internal spring in this newer-generation shifter.

The larger spring reduces internal spring stress and helps the shifter return to neutral more quickly and smoothly after a shift.

Larger Wishbone Bearings

The shifter uses larger wishbone bearings to improve durability and smooth movement under aggressive shifting loads.

The larger bearings are intended to reduce binding and wear while maintaining precise shifter movement.

Stainless-Steel Cable Attachment Pins

The shift-cable attachment pins are made from stainless steel for improved wear and corrosion resistance.

This helps maintain a tight connection between the shifter mechanism and the transmission cables over time.

Carbon-Steel Baseplate

The baseplate is made from reinforced carbon steel sheet metal, this design is lighter and more rigid than the factory baseplate, helping reduce flex and provide a more direct shift feel.
